We understand that there may be certain after-sale needs during the wholesale process, and YumeBeauty is committed to providing customers with reasonable and transparent returns and refunds. Please be sure to read the following policy in detail before placing your order.
I. Scope of application
This policy applies to wholesale customers who complete their orders through YumeBeauty’s official channels (website or authorized agents).
II. Can accept the return and exchange of goods
We support the following cases of return and exchange applications:
The product has serious quality problems or damage (need to provide video or photographic evidence of unpacking within 15 days after delivery).
Shipping errors (such as sending the wrong product, model, quantity, etc.).
The number of products is obviously insufficient (must be accompanied by courier manifests and actual photographic evidence).
III. Non-returnable and exchangeable cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
Non-quality problems, such as personal preference, poor sales, and other reasons for return.
The product has been unpacked, used, tried or damaged (not transportation or original factory problems).
Beyond the statute of limitations for after-sale applications (more than 7 days after signing).
Special promotions, gifts, or customized products.
Rejected or returned due to the wrong address or phone number of the customer.
IV. After-sales application process
Contact customer service (info@yume-silm.com) to submit an application.
Provide the necessary credentials (order number, product photos or videos).
Customer service will confirm whether the product can be returned/exchanged after review.
The customer sends back the product (the original packaging must be complete, unused).
Refund or exchange will be arranged after receiving and inspecting the goods.
V. Refund instructions
About Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service (info@yume-silm.com) within 24 hours of placing your order. We will check the delivery status of your package and get back to you as soon as possible.
About Returns and Refunds:
Refunds will be made within 3 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Only the amount of the return will be refunded, if the return is due to the customer’s reason, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
VI. Shipping fee explanation
If the return is due to our reasons (quality problems, wrong goods), we bear the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to the customer’s reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
VII. Special instructions for bulk orders
Single wholesale quantity is large (such as the whole box, the whole tray) please be sure to confirm the sample or a clear understanding of the product information to place an order.
Beauty tools belong to personal contact items, once used will not be returned, please be careful to confirm the needs of customers.
