Shipping Policy

YumeBeauty is committed to providing our customers with efficient and reliable delivery services. Below is a description of our delivery policy, which applies to all wholesale customers who place orders through the official website or official channels.

I. Shipping method

We will ship by International Parcel/EMS/DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx or we will ship by sea if the volume of the order is more than 1 cubic meter, depending on where you live.

II. Postage discounts

We are VIP of most international courier companies and can enjoy more favorable shipping rates. For example, we are VIP of FEDEX and can enjoy 35% discount of FEDEX (3 days delivery for FEDX IP, 5 days delivery for FedEx IE); we are also VIP of DHL and can enjoy 35% discount of DHL (3-5 days delivery).

III. Shipping and delivery time

Once your order has been accepted, we aim to deliver your items within 3 – 5 business days, for customized products, an additional 7-10 business days are required for production, for bulk orders of 1000 pieces or more, an additional 10-15 business days may be required.

Generally, UPS shipping to worldwide takes 3-4 business days, TNT/DHL shipping to worldwide takes 3-5 business days, depending on where you live.FedEx IP shipping to worldwide takes 3-5 business days, FedEx IE shipping to worldwide takes 5-7 days, depending on where you live.

Packages may be delayed due to out-of-stock items. Replacement usually takes 3-15 days. When an item is out of stock, we will send you an email and nothing will be done until you respond. We can offer you an exchange or cancel the service according to your wishes.

IV. Calculate postage

Postage is calculated by weight, so the more you buy, the more you save! For example, FedEx charges almost the same price for 1 item and 5 items in the same package. The heavier the package, the cheaper the shipping cost per kilogram.

V. Shipping charges

The shipping cost depends on the weight, the delivery method (DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx or Ocean) and the destination country. You can choose your preferred shipping company and we will check all the couriers and recommend the most suitable shipping method for you. VI. Delayed / Lost deliveries

If your package is delayed, please contact us with the order ID and tracking number that we emailed you. If it does not arrive, we can only resend the order or offer a coupon after the post office categorizes the package as “lost in the mail”.

  • Please note that it usually takes several months for the post office to investigate a lost mail issue.
  • Please note that if no one is available to accept delivery, the package will be returned to your local mail sorting office.
  • Please double-check the delivery information at the checkout of your shopping cart. YumeBeauty is not responsible for delayed or lost packages, including customs delays or holds, incomplete shipping addresses, and other circumstances.
